Website Services that are being offered
This site is for automobile sales and listings. It has the following description:
The website provides the perspective buyer the opportunity to look for and purchase exotic automobiles. Once a vehicle has been identified as the vehicle wanted by the customer, information will be provided as to where they can make the purchase.
Any and all visitors to our site are deemed as “users”.
The user will acknowledge and agrees to these terms for the services provided and those available through our website and some available applications. This may include mobile applications; these applications may be available on other platforms and downloads, which are in their entirety the property of Vehicles.me. Vehicles.me reserves the right to suspend, cancel or cease offerings at any time. This agreement applies to any and all additional services. This TOS as well as any or all applicable terms may be amended or modified at any time by the authorized parties. Continued use of the services provided after such postings of modifications and/or changes shall constitute your agreement with the latest version of the TOS. Should you not agree to these modifications, discontinue use of the services.
Commercial Reuse of Services
The user hereby agrees not to replicate, copy, duplicate, trade, sell, resell or exploit for any commercial reason any part of Vehicles.me sites.
Modifications
Vehicles.me reserves the right to either permanently or temporarily modify or alter the site,our service or any part therein at anytime we may deem fit without prior notification. In addition we shall not be liable to you or any third party for any such alterations, modifications, suspension and/or discontinuance of our services.
EA/Entire Agreement
This TOS comprises the whole agreement among you and Vehicles.me and shall rule the utilization of our services and will suppress any previous version of this TOS. You may also be subject to extra T&C (terms and conditions), which may pertain to when you use or purchase vehicles, Vehicles.me services, 3rd party content or third party software.
